Academic and Technological Ecosystem
Unique Biotechnology is a technology company that brings together academic knowledge and industrial application. R activities conducted within the Ege University Technopark ecosystem and TÜBİTAK-supported projects strengthen the company's innovation capacity in biotechnology.
R Biotechnology Infrastructure
Unique Biotechnology is a technology company that transforms academic knowledge into applied biotechnology. Our work in biostimulants and microbial biosurfactants is built upon years of scientific expertise and RD experience; our products have been developed within the laboratory infrastructure of Ege University. Our RD approach encompasses not only new product development but also process optimization, production improvements, and continuous technical support for the mass production process.
Process Development and Optimization
Our team specializes in the development and optimization of biotechnological production processes. The optimization of microbial fermentation processes, purification, processing of biological raw materials, and hydrolysis processes are developed and validated at a laboratory scale. These studies form the scientific and technical basis for both microbial biosurfactant production and amino acid-based biostimulant development processes.
From Laboratory to Scaling
Production processes developed in the laboratory are designed and validated to be suitable for scaling up. Process development studies are carried out considering industrial application requirements and production scalability. This approach supports the transfer of developed biotechnological solutions from laboratory to pilot and industrial production stages.
Application and Performance Validation
Our product development processes are conducted by considering the needs of end-users in target sectors. In this context, we establish a strong communication network with sector stakeholders and practitioners to closely monitor real-world usage conditions. Developed products are validated for performance through both laboratory tests and field applications, and the feedback obtained is integrated into product development processes.
