Arife Candaş Adıgüzel Zengin has applied more than 20 years of academic expertise to
industrial biotechnology under Unique Biotechnology, developing eco-friendly,
innovative, sustainable and 100% biodegradable solutions. Through her experimental
work on microbial biosurfactants, she has demonstrated technical feasibility in this field
and initiated the first patented application process in the leather industry. Since 2020,
she has served as Co-Founder and CEO of Unique Biotechnology Turkey, where she
leads the company’s strategic vision, develops high-quality business strategies, and
guides her team toward sustainable growth. By building strong relationships with
partners and stakeholders, she has positioned the company as a reliable and innovative
brand at both local and global levels.
